Glad to do business with this guys,They are very efficient and going above and beyond every detail. Shaun was the guy replacing the windshield on my VNL Volvo 2022 . He was very details oriented and inspected many times his work. I will recommend these guys to anyone in tampa bay and lakeland area to a windshield replacement. Thank you again .

Tommy @ Auto Glass Now came to my house to replace the windshield of my car. He texted me earlier first to introduce himself to me and second to advise me of the approx time of his arrival. He then kept me updated until he arrived. He told me that it would take him about an hour to replace the windshield, which it did. He was friendly and professional. He did a good job and cleaned up after he finished. I also had a good experience speaking with Romaro (hope I spelt his name correctly) on the phone when I called, he was very helpful. All in all, it was a very good experience and would highly recommend Auto Glass Now.

I sent for a quote and received it immediately after for my Kia. Having only liability, I had to pay out of pocket. A few minutes later I received a call from them about my inquiry and they provided me with the best and competitive quote compared to other companies. Seeing as they were giving me the lowest price, I chose them and booked a mobile appointment with them right away. Tommy was the assigned technician and he kept communications open via text on the day of the install. Professional and services were the best. He advised me on what could go wrong and if any problems arise that Auto Glass Now could assist if needed. As I have an older vehicle it was to be expected if anything broke off. I understood the situation and allowed Tommy to continue to install my new windshield. It took possible a couple hours while I was at work. He later advised me on do’s and don’t of a new windshield. All in all it was fast, simple, and professional work. Will refer my friends and family to them! Thank you Auto Glass Now!

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now! When I called to get a quote, Jesus was very helpful and was able to work out a discount for me based on the services. Also, Franklin, the technician that replaced the glass, was very accommodating the day of as he was mobile and also was very kind! He even cleaned up the glass that remained from the damaged window! I would definitely recommend their services to any and all!

Appointment was easy to set and they came when they said they would, had no issue with that. My issue is the glass that was left all over my vehicle after in the installation. Glass left on the outside of my vehicle, the dash board, and the floor board. Also- unsure if the seem of the glass is even correct
